Frances Leach High Prairie Arts & Science Complex
 The dream of creating a space and place dedicated to science, art, music, dance and theater is now a reality. The Frances Leach High Prairie Arts & Science Complex is a place of adventure and activity for children of all ages. In its last several years of programming, participation has doubled annually, with 26,000 guests in 2008.

Mission
 The Frances Leach High Prairie Arts and Science Complex exists as a destination point for events involving science and the arts by serving as an innovative, dynamic resource for lifelong learning and discovery.

- To use space and resources efficiently, so non-profit groups with similar needs are located near each other.
- To foster the ability for joint programs and partnerships among community organizations.
- To provide combined progressive programming that targets children.
- to create a community gathering place, an oasis for children of all ages to explore art, science, music, dance and theater.
